9:30 - 10:00 Arrive and get ready for the day
10:00 - 11:30 Rehearse
11:30-11:45 Break
11:45 - 1:00 Rehearse
1:00-1:30 Lunch break
1:30-2:45 rehearse
2:45 - 3:10 break for singers
3:10 -3:15 singers line up in concert order
2:45-3:15 Orff move to stage and practice there
3:15-3:45 singers rehearse/orff break
3:45-5:15 combined rehearsal/final run through
5:15-5:30 instrumental touch up rehearsal on stage if needed
5:15-6:45 dinner/change/ line-up

7:00-8:30 concert
8:30-9:00 dismissal/clean up
Please be sure your area is clean and all trash is thrown away
